Is stress affecting the quality of your daily life? Are you struggling to juggle the demands of work, family, relationships and personal wellbeing?
I have a PhD in Psychology from the London School of Economics, where I hold a visiting fellowship in Behavioural Psychology. Over the last 30 years I have worked in house in senior leadership roles with the BBC, consulting and international development, and externally with clients like Bloomberg, Girls not Brides, the NHS and Google. I particularly love working with entrepreneurs and smaller SMEs, helping their people tackle some of life’s most pressing challenges, from managing work stress to improving career satisfaction, family dynamics and interpersonal relationships.
What you can expect
At the Stress Clinic, I begin with a holistic, human centred approach. I specialise in helping individuals regain a sense of control, create balance and regulate their nervous system. Whether you are a parent struggling to support your teenager or an ambitious professional trying to find peace amidst a busy career, we begin where you are and find what suits you and your life. My toolkit includes talk therapies, bodywork, breathwork and meditation and mindfulness.
A safe, non judgemental space. I am fully certified, regulated, insured and supervised for this work, and have a network of trusted colleagues whom I can refer you on to based on your needs.
Sustainable results. Together we will create personalised strategies, bespoke to your situation, that are practical, realistic and tailored to your needs.
I work with adults and teenagers. For breathwork sessions, I work with all ages.
